Before you pack

  • TRK 502X is a heavy adventure bike on tube-type spoked wheels — carry proper levers and a rear tube.
  • Electrical connectors and fasteners are the usual failure points: carry crimps, wire and bolts.

Always added for this brand

  • Spare nuts, bolts and washers (your bike's common sizes)

Bikes shed fasteners constantly. Walk around your bike and duplicate the M6/M8 bolts you see most.

  • Threadlocker (small blue tube)

Vibration is what actually loosens your bike apart. Blue on anything you refit trailside.

  • Wire, crimp connectors + electrical tape

Chafed looms and vibrated-out connectors are the most common electrical failure. Bypass a dead switch and keep riding.
